Obituary – Caye Francis Hill Manning, 2003
MANNING, FRANCES CAYE – age 57, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, July 19,
2003, at Methodist Medical Center. She was a member of Clinton First Wesleyan
Church. Preceded in death by parents, Arvil Lee Hill, Sr. and Margaret Lamb
Hill. Survivors: husband, Charles Manning of Clinton; daughters, Sharon and
husband, Johnny Golden of Clinton, Cheryl and husband, Todd Guthrie of Oak Ridge,
Linda Manning of Clinton; sons, Mark and wife, Michelle Manning of
Andersonville, Scott and wife, Christy Manning of Clinton; grandchildren, Alex, Matthew,
and Lauren Guthrie, Kelsey and Bailey Jones; expecting daughter of Mark and
Michelle, Madeline E. Manning; step grandchildren, J. R. Moles and Shaunah Whited;
sisters, Kathy and husband, William Carter of Clinton, Barbara and husband,
Jimmy Kesterson of Clinton, Chris Mayes of Clinton, Pamela Young of Clinton,
Marla Ellis of Clinton; brother, Junior and wife, Melanie Hill of Lake City,
Eddie and wife, Theresa Hill of Knoxville, Oscar Hill of Clinton, Don Hill of
Clinton, Tony and wife, Lisa Hill of Oliver Springs. Children want to thank Kathy
Carter and Barbara Kesterson for their special care of their mother. The
family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with Rev. Samuel
Condon officiating. The interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sunset
Cemetery. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, in Clinton, in charge of all arrangements.
