Section 2.
That in making said survey said commissioner shall make the survey as follows:
Beginning one-fourth of a mile above the gap of the Indian Fork of Poplar Creek, thence south forty-five degrees east to Wallne’s Ridge, one-fourth of a mile above the gap on the Indian Fork of Poplar Creek; thence a direct line to the double springs on the east fork of Poplar Creek; thence to Clinch river opposite to the mouth of Hickory Creek.
