M.D., 1894; married Mary Bland NELSON, Dec. 6, 1900; member Masons, Knights Templar, Mystic Shrine, Tenn., pital Medical College, New York, N.Y., Medical Society, and American Medical Association; Democrat; member of Tate Springs hotel.
