E. in 1900; married Creola STRONG, Sept. 12, 1907; member Business Men’s Club, Chickasaw Club, Memphis Country Club, Masonic Lodge, Memphis Engineering Society (Past President), American Society of Civil Engineers; Democrat (Regular); former chief engineer St. Francis levee district of Ark., and member of board of trustees University of Ark.; Second Lieut. Corps Cadets University of Ark. Col. and chief of engineers Arkansas State Guard, 1906-1908; member First Presbyterian church, Memphis, Tenn.; civil and consulting engineer, investments and plantation interests.
