D. degree, in 1900; took post-graduate course at New York Polyclinic, 1906, and Vanderbilt University, 1908; married Anna WHITE, in 1895; member K. of P., W. O. W., Obion Co. Medical Assn., Tenn. State Medical Assn., and City Board of Health at Obion, Tenn.; member of M. E. Church, South.
