JAMES F. FINLAY, son of James Finlay and Elizabeth Jane Finlay. Born at Greenville, S. C., September 4, 1882. Awarded B. A. degree at the University of the South, Sewanee, Tenn., in 1906, and LL. D. at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va., in 1908. Now engaged in the practice of law at Chattanooga, Tenn.
