(Nelson) BRETT; father’s occupation, lawyer; paternal grandparents, James M. and Sarah (McClain) BRETT, maternal grandparents, Thomas A. and Miriam (Moslev) NELSON; educated at Germantown, Tenn.; married Lucille HARRISON; member Masonic lodge, I.O.O.F., K. & L. of H., and Owls; Democrat; former secretary coms. registration elections two years, secretary democratic executive committee four years; at present is deputy county and probate court clerk, in which position he has served 17 years; member of Presbyterian church.
