(Miller) BRANDAU; father’s occupation, grocer and iron manufacturer; paternal grandfather John BRANDAU, paternal grandmother Elizabeth (Fischer) BRANDAU, maternal grandfather, Adam MILLER, maternal grandmother Anna (Fischer) MILLER; educated University of Nashville and Vanderbilt and Jefferson Medical College 1885; in early life worked on farm; married Martha Eleanor McMILLAN Jan. 26, 1886; member of Masons, Clarksville Lodge No. 89; began practice of medicine Stribling, Tenn., 1881; removed to Clarksville in 1891, where he has been since, and is now engaged in the practice of medicine; member M.
