Located behind the wooden fence at 1603 Baxter Street, Johnson City, TN. (It is also behind 1604 W. Lakeview Street.) The cemetery is mowed and well kept.
GPS Location: 36º20.32N 082º21.49W; Elevation: 1830 ft.

Note the quadrangular tombstones that mark multiple graves.
