Located beside Greenbriar Golf Center, 2509 Plymouth Rd., Johnson City, TN. The cemetery is fenced and well maintained. There are many unmarked graves. Footstones are marking grave of others, not with matching headstones.

Most of the notes are from the Peter Miller Bible, copied in 1928 by Mrs. Mary Hardin McCown and supplemented by her research.

The cemetery is located on land owned by Major Samuel Hunt and Sarah Crouch Hunt, who purchased it from Barnabas Egan in 1809.

Peter Miller, died 27 April 1863, aged 70y 10m 5d (born 22 Jun 1792, the son of Peter Miller (Mueller), Sr, who was born in Germany and his wife, Elizabeth Boone (Bohum). He was in the War of 1812.

Samuel H. (Hunt) Miller, 18 July 1818 – 17 June 1894, son of Peter; married in 1840 to Eliza Range, daughter of Jacob and Susan Range.

Elizabeth (Miller, daughter of Peter), consort of Alexander McNeil, 3 April 1822 – 23 December 1873 (Married 6 Oct 1853)

Alexander McNeil, born in Scotland, 20 August 1824 – 16 August 1870

Sarah, consort of Samuel Hunt, died 29 August 1852, age 73y 9m 13d, daughter of Joseph Crouch

Joseph Hunt, 2 December 1806 – 15 March 1840/1848, son of Samuel; married Mary McAfee 21 January 1833.

James S. Hunt, 24 December 1820 – 5 June 1905, son of Samuel

Samuel Hunt (1773-1853 purchased land in Washington County, Tennessee in 1809. Samuel served in the War of 1812 as a Major in the Washington County Milita and was Sheriff of Washington County (1814-1827). In 1797, Samuel married Sarah Crouch (1778-1852), daughter of Joseph (1749-1830) and Margaret (Sanford) (1762-1844) Crouch. Samuel and Sarah Hunt were buried in the Hunt Family Cemetery near Johnson City, Tennessee. Their son, John Bell Hunt (1815-1895), who was on of eleven children, married Rachel Vincent (1819-1899) in 1844.
