2003

Located in an overgrown, wooded area between driveways, 1023 and 1027 Hairetown Rd., Jonesborough, Tennessee. The cemetery is marked with steel rods with orange flags. No stones were found in 2003.

GPS location:  36°20.22N  082°28.58W;  Elevation:  1752 ft.

The following stones were found in 1991:
Haire, Alfred Taylor; 5-5-1826 – 9-15-1904
Haire, William; only one date 1920 (probably a baby)
Haws, Sarah Elizabeth; no dates (? baby) parents Will & Sarah

Note: Although there is no stone, it is known that Sarah Keys Haire is buried beside her husband Alfred Taylor Haire. Also, it is believed that a black family is buried there. Could be the family of Miriah Teter.

This cemetery is located on the old George Haws farm. The cemetery is set-aside in the deed.
