From Johnson City, travel north on State Hwy. 36, turn right onto Carroll Creek Road, beside of Zak’s Furniture. Turn right into Duncan’s Retreat, a new subdivision. Continue all the way to the end of the street. The cemetery is in a circle. This area is on the backside of Winged Deer Park.

GPS location:  36° 23.330N, 082° 22.420W

Jesse Duncan, First white man that died in Tenn. Killed by the Indians about 1765.
