EARLES - HOLDER CEMETERY

It is on the Short Mountain Road just past Lucky and just after crossing Mountain Creek. A brick house on the right side of the road is the Fuson home. The cemetery is before you reach Foster Road which turns off to the right. Mr Fuson allowed parking on the little gravel drive that goes to his barn. The cemetery is fenced, but the wire is quite old. The cemetery is not visible from the road, and not until you get very near the fence. We could not have found it without using the USGS Dibrell quandrangle map. It is labeled "Holder Cemetery" on the map, but there are just as many Walkers buried here.
