Johnny Aubry Barrett, 64, died at his home in the ninth district of Cannon county last Monday, November 8, at 12:15 o’clock.  Funeral services were conducted at Auburntown Wednesday afternoon at 1 o’clock with John W. High officiating. Burial was in the Duggan cemetry.  The deceased was a son of William Barrett and Betty Gannon Barrett and was born February 8, 1884. He was married to the former Miss Mary Davenport, who survives.  Besides his wife, the deceased is survived by three sons, Claydon, Clyde Wiley and Billy Barrett, all of Woodbury;  three sisters, Mrs. Ellie Fann of McMinnville, and Nora Mathis and Eudia Mathis, both of Centertown; also three brothers, Hugh Barrett, Throup, Tex., and Wiley and Clark Barrett, of Cannon county. Hugh Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
