Mrs. Homer Baker Dies In Knoxville 

Mrs. Inas Lee Baker, 40, wife of Homer Baker, died at Knoxville hospital Thursday. She had been ill for two years. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 1 o’clock at the Mt. Elam Baptist Church. Rev. Clyde McCoy of Knoxville, officiated, and burial was in Long cemetery in Van Buren county. Mrs. Baker, a native of Van Buren county, was born November 4, 1911. Her parents were Albert Miller and Vernie Yates Miller and she was married to Mr. Baker January 24, 1932.  She had resided in Knoxville for some time and was a member of the Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Harold Baker, Oak Ridge; one brother, Albert Miller, Jr.; one sister, Mrs. Lee Martin, Nashville; a half-brother, Raymond Miller, Spencer, and a half-sister, Mrs. Robert Wilson, also of Spencer.  High’s were in charge of arrangements.
