W.H. Anderson Dies After Brief Illness

Willliam Henry Anderson, 77, 13th district farmer, died at his home Tuesday evening at 11:25 o’clock, following an illness of five weeks. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Gath Baptist Church. Rev. P.E. Maples, Pastor of Providence Baptist Church, and John W. High officiated and burial was in the Gath cemetery. Mr. Anderson, native of Cannon county, was born December 6, 1874. He was a son of John Anderson and Rebecca Spurlock Anderson and he was married to Miss Frances Elizabeth Bryson February 18, 1905. She survives. Mr. Anderson had been a resident of Warren county for several years. Survivors, in addition to his wife include four sons, Marshall Anderson, McMinnville, Marvin and Zollie Anderson, Detroit, Mich., and Clarence Anderson, Wickliffe, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Alberta Griffin, McMinnville, Mrs. Leona Paulson, Richfield, Utah, Mrs. Alice Houser, Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Minnie Eberesberger, Detroit, Mich. Arrangements were by High Funeral Home.
