- If there is an assistant county or special project coordinator, or if the current coordinator has a candidate for host, that person will be given first consideration for the host position.
- If no host candidate is available, next preference will be given to individuals who have previously expressed an interest in the county. Consideration will be given to past and present TNGenWeb-USGenWeb hosts along with the general public.
- A new host will be selected based on interest in the county, available resources, technical skills and willingness to comply with TNGenWeb Project requirements.
- Final determination for selection of new county and special project coordinators and assistant coordinators rest solely with the State Coordinator. For more information, please contact the State Coordinator.
