RAINS, George, married Rosannah Graham, had eight children before 1779, Joab b.1770, Asahuel b. 1772, George Jr. abt.1773,Hannah (Rains)Woodward, James, William, John, Robert. He with part of the family came to Warren Co., from Randolph Co., N.C. Trying to put this family together, any help will be appreciated.

please help! my grandfather, william thomas RANDOLPH, was born inspencer tn. on 08-24-1877. his mother eveline WHITEHEAD and his father were never married, in 1881 eveline WHITEHEAD married david VANCE in tn. they later moved to arkansas. i think my ggrandfather had a nickname (blackhill) and he had a brother (redhill). i would like to know their real names and where they are buried. thanks in advance

I am doing a ancestry search on the Deaton families of Van Buren, White, and Warren counties. My father had always said we were part cherokee indians. Mattie Richardson was married to Claude Deaton for a very short time. Wanting to find a connection if possible.   Mattie was supposed to be full blooded cherokee. Thank you very much.
