Beef Steak and Kidney Pie


1 6oz. tenderloin steak

1 6oz. lamb kidney, cut lengthwise in 3 pieces

1/4 cup diced raw potatoes

1/2 oz. butter

1 tbsp. finely chopped onions

water

Season steak and kidney with salt and white pepper. Dredge with flour. Place in an oval pie dish. Arrange slices of kidney on top of steak. Add potatoes, onion, and butter. Fill to rim of dish. Cover with pie dough. Brush with egg and milk. Bake for 25 minutes in a med. hot oven.
