Short Illness Is Fatal To Retired Farmer

Clinton Thomas Willis of 1611 Ruskin died early yesterday at this home after a short illness. He was 87.

Service will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Church of God at 3277 Rosemond. Burial will be in Memorial Park with Maley Funeral Home of Covington in charge.

Mr. Willis was born in Colbert County, Alabama and had lived in Memphis many years, He was a retired farmer.

He leaves a son, Walker Willis of Memphis, a daughter Mr. Katie M. Johnson of Memphis, and a sister, Mrs. C. W. Cosby of Birmingham.
