Sally Davidson It appeared that Sally Davidson, a pauper who had been placed in care of Phillip Hall, has petitioned the court for relief, saying that she was not well provided for. Court ordered that Charlton B. Davidson and William Elliott examine her situation and Philip Hall be suspended until further orders. November 4, 1828
