Asa Holland His Wife and Grandson
Asa Holland with his wife, Lucy F Sanders Holland and grandson, Jim Carter, son of Doshia. Asa died at
age 96 in Macon Co., and Lucy was b. 16 March 1837 and died 28 March 1908. They are the parents of
Samuel F. "Sam" Holland, b. ca 1853 who had a son named Fred Holland
Clemency Holland, b. 1854;
J. Y. Holland, b. 1857;
John Holland, b. 13 Aug 1858, married Myrtle Rose;
J. F. Holland, b. 1859;
Granville Holland, b. 16 March 1868 and married Dora H. _unknown_ ;
Jake Patrick Holland, b. Oct 1870 and married Chleora Patry Parker;
Lethia Sue Holland, b. 187?, and married Edgar Lee Meador;
Doshia Holland, b. 1 Mar 1877 and married W S Carter; and
Fannie Holland, b. 1883 and married William "Willie" Meador.

Much of the family is buried on Ford Branch Rd in Macon Co. at the Meadorville/Holland-Wright
