Lemuel Hardin Clark Family
Lemuel Hardin Clark was the 5th child of Morris Brown Clark and Nancy Hughes Ragland.
Lemuel Hardin Clark was born 26 Sep 1873 in Murfreesboro, Cooke Co, TN. On June 10 1896
he married Dora Belle Husley in Bonham, Fannin Co., Texas. She was the daughter of Joel
C. Hulsey and Margret Nicholson. They were the parents of 3 children:
Ray Collins Clark b: 9 Sep 1898 in Fannin Co., Texas
Julia Clark b: abt 1901 in Fannin Co., Texas
Josephine Clark b: 1910 in Texas
Lemuel and Dora moved to Jennings, Louisiana late in life to live with their daughter Julia
and her husband W.C. Bangle. They both died in Jennings, Dora the 13 Feb 1956 and Lemuel
27 December 1956. Both are buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia, Swisher Co., Texas.
