Sarah Stewart Wade "Aunt Sallie" and Family
Sarah Stewart Wade and her sons, Herschel and Wade, and brother James Stewart. Sarah
(Sallie) married Sidney Wade and moved to Texas. Her brother Jim moved to Texas also as
we used to visit his daughters and one son in Dallas. There is a James Stewart in New Macedonia
Church Cemetery who would be the correct age so he may have gone back to Smith County in his
later years. Sarah and James were siblings of my grandmother, Mattie Lenola Stewart Billings.
