Levi Agee
Levi Durham Agee was the son of Jonathan W. Agee. He was born 20 Mar 1849 and according to the
bible of Jonathan W. Agee died on his birthday in 1926. This is unverified since his burial place
is unknown. Levi was a renowned fiddler in Smith County. He and his son Leroy and Hobart Agee
played what has become knows as "Bluegrass" music when it was called. Tennessee Country Music.
