John Vaden Cemetery
The John Vaden Cemetery is located on west side of Helm's Bend Lane three tenths mile
past the intersection with Smiths Road. It is under a big cedar tree approximately 100 feet
from the road. The old Cooper School building is on opposite side of road.
There are fieldstones marking the graves and the following monument:
Vaden, John 1793 - 18-- Chesterfield Co.,VA
Uhles, Martha 1805 - 18-- Virginia
Erected by John & Anise Vaden, Emmogene & Edmond Bevelheimer 1979
