Nichols-Ford Cemetery
The Nichols-Ford Cemetery is located to the right of the old Ford home
located on south side of Hwy. 70 at Elmwood east of the intersection of
Stonewall Road. There are approx. 30 marked stones of the Ford, Nichols,
Thackston, and Gibbs families. The farm is still owned by the Ford family.
If awards were given for the maintance and care of private family cemeteries
this cemetery would get first place.
