My great grandmother Barbara Allen Gibbs was buried in the Armistead Cemetery on Pea Ridge Road.
She was b. March 3, 1872, d. April 16, 1947. I know this to be fact because we use to visit it
when I was a kid with my father, grandfather and great grandfather. We would go up and cut the
grass from time to time. She didn't have a headstone, I assume my ggrandfather couldn't afford one.
Isaac G. Gibbs b. 18 July 1847, d. 23 Feb 1929 and Sarah Jane Armistead Gibbs b. 25 June 1852,
d. 28 Sept 1930 were her parents and are listed above.
