One 10 acre tract says bounded by Bowman on north, south, east and by Early on west. (Docia was Judith's aunt, Susan was Judith's mother.)

Dist 19:  Mrs D. A. Brandon, 75 acres, $3.94 tax pd;  R. K. Bowman, 80 acres valued $200, no poll tax, total $1.43 pd;  Mrs Susan Daniel, 30 acres, tax pd $.81;  (R. L. Zumbro was not listed). Murfreesboro and Woodbury Turnpike Company ,4 tracts (10, 5, 5, 1/2 acre each).  Notice the 10 acre tract lies adjacent property owned by Bowman on north, south, east and by Early on west. (NOT HERE:  R. L. Zumbro, probably in Hill Co,Tx., later Fannin Co, Tx. then Oklahoma).
