         A General warranted Deed for Land, I William Huddleston have this day bargained and sold, and do hereby transfer and convey to Timothy Demonbrum Jr. and his heirs forever for the consideration of one hundred and fifty three Dollars to me in had paid, a tract of land in the State of Tennessee and County of Robertson and district No. 16 containing by estimation seventy six acres, be the same more or less, and bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at a white oak John R. Demonbrum’s line, sixty one poles, thence North to pointers, thence East one hundred and two poles to a white oak, thence North fifty four poles to a post oak, thence East ten poles to a stake, thence North thirty two poles to pointers, thence East twenty five poles to a black gum & white walnut, thence South one hundred and seventy seven poles, thence West to the Beginning one hundred and forty four poles to a white oak, containing seventy six acres be the same more or less, To have and to hold the same to the said Timonthy Dormbrum that I am lawfully seized of said land, have a good right to convey it and that the same is unencumbered, and I do further covenant and bind myself my heirs and assigns to Warrant and forever defend the title to the said land and assigns forever against the lawful claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatever. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my had and affixed my seal, this the twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and fifty four. Received 22 Nov 1854 at 1 Oclk PM.
