         This Indenture made and entered unto this twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between Edmund Brewer of the County of Robertson and State of Tennessee of the one part and Francis Durrett of the county and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the aforesaid Edmund Brewer for and consideration of the valuable Sum of one hundred and sixty four dollars to him in hand paid by the said Francis Durrett the receipt and payment Whereof is hereby acknowledged and himself herewith fully satisfied and paid hath given granted bargained sold allin conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Francis Durrett his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying and begin in the County and State aforesaid on the Waters of red river containing by estimation eighty two acres and one hundred and twenty one poles and butting and bounding as follows (Viz) Beginning on a White oak thence East one hundred and thirty seven poles to a Stake in William Pate’s line thence South one hundred and forty four poles to a Stake in John Gilbert's line thence West forty six pole to the creek thence down the several meanders of said creek North forty one degrees West twenty poles North Seventeen degrees West Sixteen poles North Sixty four degrees West thirteen poles North Seventeen degrees West twenty two poles North fifty five degrees West fourteen poles North twenty four degrees West ten poles North Sixty nine degrees East fourteen poles North forty one degrees West twenty Six poles to a corner persimmon thence forty one degrees north thirty eight degrees West fifty nine poles to the Beginning to have and to hold the above described land and granted premises with all and Singular the rights titles and enoliments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the same to the only use and behoof of him the aforesaid Francis Durrett his heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever and the aforesaid Edmund Brewer doth by these presents bind himself his heirs Executors and administrators and assigns that he will Warrant and forever defend the above bargained land and granted premises unto him the said Francis Durrett his heirs Executors and administrators and assigns forever against the Lawfull Claim or Claims of any person or persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming the same. In Witness Whereof the aforesaid Edmund Brewer hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year first above Written.
