         I Levi Moore being in a low state of Health but perfect in mind and Memory, make this my last Will and Testament          First of all I commend my soul to God that gave it, and next my Body to the grave to be buried in a decent manner at the Discretion of my Executors And as to my Worldly affairs first of all I commend all my Just and Lawful Debts be paid - I do give and bequeath to my son Abraham Moore all the House hold furniture that he is now in possesion of Also I do give to the said Abraham a Negro Woman named Rain, and a Negro Boy Named George also one Negro boy Named Peter within two years of this present Date, also I do give to the said Abraham all my right of the Tract of Land whereon he now lives it being the corner end of a tract of Three Hundred acres(?) formerly belonging to the Heirs of Adam Fl___ Dec'd, up to marked line Turning through the old plantation where Amos Moore now lives it being the Dividing line between the said Abraham, and Amos Moore
         I do give my son Amos Moore all the household furniture that he is in possession of also I do give to the said Amos one Negro Boy Named Hal also one Negro Girl named Patt(?) within two years of this present Date with her increase if any, also I do give to the said Amos all my right of the tract of Land whereon he now lives it being the upper end of a tract of Land Containing Three Hundred Acres, formerly belonging to the Heirs of Adam ____ Dec'd down to marked line running through the old plantation where Amos Moore now lives it being the Dividing line between the sd Amos and Abraham Moore
         I do give and bequeath to my son Joel Moore one Negro Boy named Simon and one Negro Girl Named Beth Also I do give the said Joel Moore all the right of the Tract of Land whereon I do now live containing Two hundred & Seventy four acres only a Salt peter Cave lately found on the Land it is my Desire for my three sons to have an equal share in the profits of it, also I do give the said Joel one feather Bed and furniture, also one Dutch Oven and one pot, Also I do give the said Joel Moore, one Horse & Two Gunz(?) also two Dishes and two Basins one case of Knives + forks and Six spoons, also I do give to the said Joel Moore Three Heifers
         I do give and bequeath to my Wife Sarah Moore, one Negro Woman named Lucy and one Negro Girl Named Creese, also one Negro boy Named Aron, and also I do give to my Wife Sarah Moore one Horse and all the Remainder of my Cattle and my Hogs and all the remaining part of my Household furniture and Kitchen furniture
         I also give & bequeath to my Wife Sarah Moore and to my three sons to wit Abraham Amos and Joel Six Hundred and forty acres of Land lying on Carrs Creek in Robertson County, to be sold to the best advantage at the Discretion of my Executors and the Money to be equally Divided between the Said Sarah Moore, Abraham Moore Amos Moore and Joel Moore I do constitute & appoint Abraham Moore, Amos Moore & Joel Moore Executors to this Last Will & Testament, given under my hand & seal this thirteenth day of August One Thousand Eight Hundred & five
