Mrs. Eliza Fuqua Decd,
Last Will

         I Eliza Fuqua of the County of Robertson - State of Tenenssee do make and publish this my last will and Testament and hereby revoke all other wills by me made at any time.
         First: I direct that all my just debts that may be or remain due at my death be paid by my executor as soon as practable out of the first money available
         Second: I give to my grandchildren William, James, Walter, Plinmer, Carrie and Frank the heirs of my son J. K. Fuqua deceased five dollars to be equally divided between them.
         Third: I have heretofore advanced or given to my children as follows "to wit"
         William T. Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         Mary A Baldry one Hundred (100) dollars
         Sarah J McIntosh one Hundred (100) dollars
         J G Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         Geo. C Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         Stephen G. Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         S Q Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         John G Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         A C Murphy one Hundred (100) dollars
         Amos Fuqua one Hundred (100) dollars
         Florence Moore one Hundred (100) dollars

         and the heirs of my daughter J. T. Shelton deceased one hundred ($100) dollars which has been placed and is now in the hands of my son Amos Fuqua in trust for the use and benefit of said grand children the heirs of my daughter J. T. Shelton deceased
         Fourth: I direct that the balance of my estate of every kind and description both real and personal shall be equally divided between my children or their representatives as here named as follows "to wit" William T. Fuqua, Mary A. Baldry, Sarah J. McIntosh J. G. Fuqua, George C. Fuqua, Stephen G. Fuqua, S L Fuqua, John G. Fuqua, A G Murphy J T Shelton deceased the said grandchildren heirs of my daughter J T Shelton to have one share or the part their mother if living would be entitled to at my death.
         Fifth: I hereby nominate and appoint my son S Q Fuqua my executor to this will with full power to sell and convey purchace (sic) + resell and to make any and all conveyance that I could or ought to make if living.
         In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this June 22 1891

Martha Barbee Years Allowance

Robertson County
         To A. E. Garner F McIntosh and Jas J Holman: You have been appointed by the County Court of above County Commissioners to lay of and set apart to Martha Barbee widow of Oliver Barbee Decd and her children entitled thereto a years support out of the personal property of said Decd and report your action to this Court

         To the Worshipful County Court of Robertson County Tenn We the commissioners appointed to lay off and set apart a years support to Martha Barbee widow of Oliver Barbee Decd and her children entitled to it: beg leafe (sic) to submit the following
         There is nothing in way of provisions after the e__________ allowed by law are complied with (In fact-very little at all) We therefore recomend (sic) that the Admr of Oliver Barbee Decd pay to his widow out of the first money he may receive after paying burial expenses costs of Administrator land lords liens + c the sum of One Hundred and fifty ($150.00) Dollars
