Robertson County
         As it is appointed for all men once to die, In the name of God Amen. I James Crabtree who am now in my perfect mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament.
         Item 1st, I do hereby give unto my dearly beloved wife during her lifetime, Elizabeth Crabtree all that part of the tract or parcel of land whereon I now live and at her death it is to belong to Jobe Crabtree my son, the rest of the children being partitioned previous to the sealing of this will. Also all the personal property belonging to said estate is to belong to my son Jobe Crabtree after the death of my wife, JC.
         N.B. It is to be understood that the above Will is to include all this tract except one hundred and fifty acres which I am bound by bond unto Robert Hays to make him title for land lying at the lower end of said tract and described in said bond. In witness my hand and seal this eighth day of January 1819.
