Know all men by these presants that I Michael Booher being of sound mind do make and publish this my last will and Testimant. hereby renouncing all former will made by me
I give and bequeath to Sarah Vance my Eldest daughter the sum of one dollar to be paid to her as the law directs
ToAdam Booher the sum of one dollar to be paid to him as the law directs
To Elizabeth Hurley the sum of one dollar to be paid to her as the law directs
To Barbra Cypress the sum of one dollar to be paid to her as the law directs
To John Booher the sum of one dollar to be paid as the law directs
To Noah Booher the sum of one dollar to be paid as the law directs also ten acres of land before mentioned the deed now being ? on record in Springfield. Robertson County Tn
To Rebecca Shoemaker the sum of one dollar to be paid to her as the law directs
and to John and Polly Osbern all the residue of my property both personal and real. The said Osbern further agrees to pay all m lawful debts, provide and take care of me during my natural life to defray my burriel expenses at my death
Witness my hand and seal this the 13th day of March 1869
