                I Joseph E. Winfield Clerk of the County Court for said County do certify that I have settled  the deceased account with Gideon Payne Executor and B. Roney Executor of S. H. Turner dec’d said Turner being one of the Executors of Jo Payne deceased and would further state that Charles Payne the only heir of said Jo Payne dec’d was present and allowed and sanctioned the settlement as it now stands and received the balance as stated an receipted for the sane and beg leave to report accordingly this Oct 1848
