         We, the undersigned householders, after being duly sworn, have proceeded to set apart to Mrs. Margery House widow of Dempsy House, deceased, so much of the crop and provisions and money on hand, or other assets, as may be sufficient, in our opinion, to support her and her family one year from the death of her said husband. We set apart to her, for said purpose, the following articles, to wit:
         20 Bus wheat, Corn 10 Bus, Pork net 600 lbs, Lard 50 lbs, Potatoes Irish 3 bus, Sweet 5 Bus, Cabbage 100 lbs, Turnips 2 Bus, Onions 1 Bus, Beans dried 2 Gal, Peas dried 2 Gal, Sugar 150 lbs, Coffee 25 lbs, Molasses 10 Gal, Salt 5 Bus, Soda 10 lbs, Pepper black 3 lbs, Spice 2 Lbs, Coal Oil 15 Gal, Presserves 5 Gal, Canned Fruit 10 Gal, Dried fruit 15 lbs, and seventy five dollars in currance or clothing. The family consists of three members.
