State of Tennessee Robertson County Court

To Andrew West a citizen of Robertson County, It appearing to the Court that Annis Payne has died and having no Will and Testament and application being made by Andrew West to have Letters of Administration granted to him in the estate of the said Annis Payne deceased he having given bond and security as by law in such case are required, Whereupon the Court ordered that he have Letters accordingly these are therefore to empower you the said Andrew West to enter upon all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said Annis Payne deceased and the same in your possession tale wheresoever the same may be found in this State, and a true and perfect inventory thereof to make and return to our ensuing County Court in October, and all the just debts of the intestate pay so far as the said Estate will amount or extend the residue thereof deliver to those who may have right thereto by Law, Herein fail not.
