Feb 23, Pleasant Hill Church met conference Sat before the fourth Sunday in Feb 1895, services conducted by bro C. B. Payne in the absence of a pastor. The committee on stoves made their report and one stoves was received and committee discharged. Com to see Bro Austin and Redferrin. Bro Redferrin said he was sorry and wanted the Church to forgive him. Bro A. still deferred, a new committee was formed to see him. Bros Floyd Barry, Lon Austin. Bro Willis said we had his answer we the Church that he could not preach for us this year, 95. Bro J. L. Jernigan and wife were dismissed by letter their own request. Conference closed.

On Sunday the following resolutions were adopted. Whereas it is contrary to the belief and practice of (most) Baptist and whereas some of our members of this church have been violating this faith and practice be it resolved,

(1) That it is the sense of this church that every member and those who shall become members are in full sympathy with our faith and practice.

(2nd) That any member guilty of practicing open Communion or encouraging the practice shall be subject to being with by the church and failing to give satisfaction to the church shall be excommunicated from the church for failing to recognize church authority

Dec 22, Pleasant Hill Church met in conference Sat before the 4^th Sunday Dec 1883, C. W. Roark was chosen mod. for the day. Bro J. W. Swan was unanimously elected to take the Pastoral care of the Church for the year 1884. Bro Swan being present said he would let the Church know at the next meeting whether he could preach, no other business, conference closed.

Feb 24, The Pleasant Hill Church met in conference on Saturday before the 4^th Sunday in Feb 1884. Services by J. W. Swan, doors opened for the reception of members, no one came forward. It was suggested that the members be present the 4^th Saturday in April 1884 for the purpose

of collecting state missions. Bro J. W. Swan accepted the care of the Church for the year 84. no other business, conference closed.
