Services for William L. Ward Held Wednesday” – dated Nov 1970 Services for William L. Ward, 74, were Wednesday at McDonald Funeral Home with burial in Roberts Cemetery. Mr. Ward died Monday in Perry County Hospital after a long illness. He was a farmer of the Cypress Creek community.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Velma Allen Ward; a son, William A. Ward, Linden; a brother, Grady Ward, Fowlkes, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Evans, Fowlkes and Mrs. Ethel Pollocks, Atlanta, Mich.
