bound unto Joseph McMinn, Esq. Governor of the State of Tennessee and his succesors in
office in the sum of twelve hundred and fifty dollars, to be void on condition there be no
lawful cause to prevent a marriage from being solemnized the county of Jefferson between
Francis Moser and Polly Scipe ~ Witness our hands and seals this 27th day of May An no

Joseph Moser was the son of Francis Moser and His First Wife Elizabeth Miller.
Be it Remembered, that on the day herein named, the following MARRIAGE LICENSE was
issued to JOSEPH MOSURE and ISABELLA DUNAGIN to-wit:

Know all men by these presents that we Jessee Millsaps and Wm. Tyreall are jointly and
severrally held and firmly bound unto his excelancy John Sevier Gov. for the time being
and his successors in office in the final sum of fifteen hundred dollars and void on
condition that there be no empediment to obstruct marriage between Jesse Millsaps and Mary
