He refused to allow her to go see her dying father in June 1874 and said if she did she could stay- they have 2 children; Thomas H. who was 6 on 28 Jun last and Lucy who was 4 on Sep 7th last and Lucy was born after the separation. She says in amended Bill that Luke L. has committed adultery with Mrs. Annie Bacon a married woman and she has had child by him. Luke L. is son of Thomas H. Callaway dec'd who set him up in business in N.Y. Luke L. denies ill treatment and says Carrie under domination of family her father was Mr. Johnson.
