Last will and testament of David W. Beaver I David W. Beaver do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made. First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die passed? of or that may first come into the hands of my executor. Secondly: I give and bequeath to wife Anna Beaver all my estate both real and personal during her natural life and at her death to direct that my son Samuel F. Beaver have sixty acres of land described as follows: lying and being in McMinn County Tennessee beginning at the North west corner of the North East quarter of Section 30, thence south 80 rods, thence East 120 rods to Dyers and Kykers Corner thence north 80 rods thence west with the section line 120 rods to the beginning including the dwelling house, barn and the buildings on said sixty acres of land, also all the rails on the west side of the Athens and Kingston road on my land in Section 19? all of said land lying in Township second range first west west of the meridian Hiwassee District McMinn County Tennessee. Thirdly: I do direct that all the rest of my real estate be equally divided amongst the rest of my heirs at law, viz, my daughter Mary E. Capps and Martha J. Kyker, Sarah C. Dyer, James S. Beaver and Mahala Kyker. Fourthly: I direct that all my personal property if any be divided equally amongst all my heirs at law. Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint M.L. Kyer my executor.
