Nashville, Dec. 31 – W.T. ALEXANDER, the Mississippi soldier who is charged with the murder of Joe DUGGER, in the Columbia police station was today bound over to the Circuit Court and returned to jail. Source: Memphis Daily Appeal, January 1, 1899, page 2
