F.B. Kelso Re-Election as Register (1930)
Mr. Frank B. KELSO announces his candidacy to succeed himself as register of Lincoln county in the election next August. This office of register has never been fille in this or any other county by a more faithful or painstaking official other than F.B. KELSO. He will ask the people for an endorsement of his service. He has lived all of his life in this county and is well and favorably known to the people. No man could have a better reputation for honesty and integrity than he.
