S.Y. PEARCE vs Lyman BRANDT and others

In the above cause it is alleged in the attachment bill, which is sworn to, that Sarah L BRANDT and Lyman BRANDT are non-residents of the State of Tennessee, it is ordered that publication be made in the Cleveland Banner, a newspaper published in Bradley county, Tennessee, for four successive weeks, notifying said non-residents to appear at a Chancery Court to be held at the court house in Cleveland, Bradley county, Tennessee, on the 4th Monday of August next, to plead, answer or otherwise make defense to said bill or the same will be taken as confessed and set for hearing ex parte as to them.
