Mary Richardson Will

I Mary Richardson of said County and State now being in perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows to wit:

First of all I recommend my Soul to the all Mighty God who first gave it to me and my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my exectutors and for my worldly goods and estate that it has pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath as follows to wit:

First I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Richardson five dollars to be ( ? ) out of my estate to him and his heirs forever.

Secondly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Milly Stricklin one chick ( ? ) and one pot and one flour? wheel and all my ( ? ) ware and one Book the Bible.

Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Mary Stricklin one feather bed and ( ? ) and two pillows and one white figured? counter pane and one blue chick counter pane.

Lastly I give and bequeath unto my son Alexander Richardson all the whole of my estate real and personal not before given as above.

Next I ordain and appoint my daughter Milly Stricklin and my son Alexander Richardson Exectutors to this my last Will and Testament.

Then was the within last Will and Testament of Mary Richardson produced in open court and the execution of the same was duly proven by the oaths of Isham Cherry and David Cherry subscribly witnessed and ordained to be recorded.
