The Hardin County Library is a small rural library. Due to a shortage of personnel, we are not able to perform genealogical/historical searches. We have a well-developed book collection dealing with Hardin County history, as well as Hardin County court records and Hardin County census material on microfilm. We recommend that you contact the persons listed below charge a fee for genealogical/historical research. Another option is to run an advertisement in the local newspaper:
