From Susan Daly Voiers: The following photo was given me by a new found cousin. It was found in the belongings of Gladys Daly Smith, daughter of Guy B. Daly and Olivia Phillips of Giles Co, TN, who married H. W. Smith of Clarksville, Montgomery Co, TN. We haven't been able to identify the subjects, but are hoping that someone out there can. It could possibly be of the Daly, Phillips, or Sandlin families of Giles, or of the Smith family of Clarksville.

This photo was taken in Kaufman Co., Texas. The Powers and Clemmons Family lived for many years in Giles Co. before emigrating to Texas. Lewis was the son of Sarah Litterall Newman and Unknown Clemmons. His step-father was Samuel Newman.
