A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Turney was presented in open court for
probate and was duly proven in open court by the oaths of John W. Stark, James Groom, and Francis Spurlock
subscribing witnesses to the same who being first duly sworn in open court depose and say that they are acquainted
with Henry Turney, the testator, and that they signed the same will in his presence by his request at Joseph
Turney's house and on notice the same will be admitted to court.
